Self harm: Please go to your emergency room or doctor ASAP. If you have an infection it needs to be treated right away. Follow up w/a mental health professional who specializes in self harm. Please discuss this w/your parents or another trusted adult like an aunt or uncle or spiritual leader. Don't keep it to yourself; it will only get worse. Peace and good health.

Go to ER: You most likely have a serious skin infection. Please seek mental health counseling with a trained psychologist for CBT.
