Hernia?: Could be many things: appendicitis , hernia, neuropathy, etc. See a doctor or go to er. Your herniated disk could be part of the problem. See neurosurgeon or spine ortho. Do not try chiropractor, with your symptoms.

Work up: Hernia, L3 or L4 disc/nerve issues, pelvic mass or infection, bladder infection are thoughts.
