A member asked:

What to do if i have aching pain in lower back radiating into groin and down leg, what could this be?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

See below: Herniated disc, bulging disc, pinched nerve, urinary tract infection, arthritis, and others. See your doctor for a full musculoskeletal and neurological exam as well as x-rays. Usually, you just need ibuprofen, heat and/or ice, and physical therapy.
