Pain: For one thing stop Naproxen. you can try antacid such as sodium bicarbonate, Zantac (ranitidine) or Prilosec. Important to be seen if symptoms not improving in a few days.

Erosive gastritis: or frank stomach ulceration. I suggest IMMEDIATE MEDICAL EVALUATION. I also suggest completely stopping any Naprosyn (naproxen) or NSAIDS and start yourself on Prilosec OTC until seen. Your symptoms are frankly, dangerous.
