Normal: Just like other body parts, there is extreme variability in the size of labia for all women. Some seem to have very little, other are so large they require surgery to reduce the size of the labia because they get in the way with sex and urination. If you look closely you will see that there are labia there. That's assuming the rest of the anatomy is normal.
