Go back to doctor: This is a little unusual. Without knowing what the discharge is or being able to examine you answering your question would be guessing. What can be said is that you should be seen and reexamined.

Not unusual: Does not sound real unusual as long as no fever, sever cramps, chills etc...Sounds still passing just old dried blood.
