I have a chain of palpable cervical lymph nodes from back of my neck to 2 inches from clavicle. some hurt some don't. mostly all movable. what is this?

Many: Most of the time, they are likely from an infection at that side of the body above the neck area (tonsil, sinus gum, teeth etc) But if the node sizes get larger or the enlargement continues for more than 2 weeks, be sure to check with your doctor.
