I've been on tramadol for over 3 years and asked to be put on something else, so they put me on gabapentin and it doesn't work, is there anything else?

See your PCP.: There are other medications that can be used for chronic pain depending on what kind of pain you have. Cymbalta (duloxetine) has been used because usually chronic pain causes depression as well. You need to see your pcp who can refer you to the appropriate specialist.
