Grinding teeth: Grinding or clenching your teeth during sleep can cause pain, headaches, worn and broken teeth. It can interfere with you normal sleep cycles. It is important to see a dentist for an evaluation and a night guard. You can't stop doing this yourself so please call a dentist.

Bruxism: It's very common to clench and grind your teeth at night. This could cause head aches. You should see your dentist and have a bite guard made.
