Go to party: and see speak to one person at a time, rather than thinking of the entire group. Focus on the food and remember that everyone there has fears and insecurities also. You are as good as the rest of them. Please see a mental health professional so you can learn ways to cope w/social anxiety which is the root, the party only triggers the symptoms.
