When i exercise, everything but my chin secretes sweat. my chin cannot secrete sweat and hardly oil. why is this? what can i do to stimulate sweat?

Don't Fret: The small amount of skin on your chin not sweating will not cause heat stroke. And if not secreting oil, even better—no acne concerns. If you have hair on your chin, you have oil.
