Excessive loud stomach noise, acid reflux/lpr , constipation, fatty stool when wipe, slight abdominal discomfort and anxiety. could it be crohns?

Highly unlikely: Crohn's disease is an autoimmune disease within the category of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) with the following classic symptoms: abdominal pain and bloody diarrhea. You don't have blood in stool or diarrhea so its unlikely that you have Crohn's disease.
