Highly unlikely: Crohn's disease is an autoimmune disease within the category of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) with the following classic symptoms: abdominal pain and bloody diarrhea. You don't have blood in stool or diarrhea so its unlikely that you have Crohn's disease. You have loud noises, fatty stool and discomfort, which suggests irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) which can come from anxiety. See Doc for ?'s.
