Are psychologists the only ones who can administer psychological tests?

Officially? Yes: The nature of the specific 'tests' matters. There are some that are essentially self-administered and a non-licensed asst can instruct you. But even then, scoring and interpreting is for a pro. The more complex tests often require a full pro even to administer. Which tests? What purpose? Which State? Hope this helped.

Yes: they are limited to psychologists and the trainees becoming them.
