Should i be worried about tonsil stones, or can they cause something that i should be worried of?

Probably not, but..: There are crypts in the tonsil that can get filled with all kinds of debris and form "stones". They can easily be removed by your dentist. But to be sure that that is the case and the "stones" are not something else (unlikely) make the appointment to get an expert visual opinion.
