Unrelated: Sinuses and tonsils are not related pain-wise. You could have a cold with inflammation of the nasal passages/sinus openings and also causing sore throat/tonsil pain. Tonsil stones can be present with or without infection, and can be rinsed out with a "water pik" or gargles. Saline to the nasal passages can help sinus pain. See a doctor if you aren't getting better.
