Check this out: I think you mean Plaquenil (hydroxychloroquine) which is used to treat or prevent malaria. Plaquenil is also used to treat symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis and discoid or systemic lupus erythematosus. There are many possible adverse side effects to this drug. You should call your prescribing physician immediately to discuss this.
