Hi, i have a white stripe at the back of my throat going down, i'm not sure what it is.

White stripe throat: May be post nasal drip, from sinusitis or strep. Try zyrtec as may decrease nasal discharge and post nasal drip . Would follow up with doc and check fro strep if sinusitis may need treatment nasal irrigation with only sterile water or antibiotics.
