Rib head out: You may have a rib head out. Best to first start with some x-rays and a good doctor's evaluation. Ribs in the upper back and affect the shoulder bladed area and cause you to strain the shoulder as well. Chiropractors can often adjust a rib back into place and then use K-tape and exercises to keep it in. Some doctors use "prolotherapy" to cause healing and scar tissue formation.
