Hard to tell: The amount of progesterone that your body absorbs from the Mirena (levonorgestrel) is very small. Therefore you could have ovulated around the time that it fell out. Your uterine lining however would remain hostile to an embryo. In addition, your cervical mucus would still be thick which would discourage sperm from reaching the egg. Extremely low chance of conceiving that close to its removal.
