~ 4 wks on July 4th: If June 4th was the first day of your last normal menstrual period (and your cycles have been normal and regular) , you are about 4 weeks pregnant on 7-4 and your due date is about March 11, 2017. A dating sonogram in 3 to 4 weeks (not what you are calling your "HCG quantitative of 45%") should help confirm your gestational age and estimated date of delivery. One HCG is not reliable for dating.
