A member asked:

Have 3 warts on scrotum.but used condoms at all times. what are my risks of penile cancer?uncircumsised. can biopsy serotyping tell what strain? help!

Hard to say: Condoms can reduce but not prevent the spread of HPV. The wart strains are also not known to trigger cancer. However, the contacts involved in getting one strain can also give you the other strains that are. You can have specific serum studies done to see what strains your body has developed antibodies to. Most are at very low risk.
