No: We believe the healthiest diet is a diet consisting of a well balanced mix of proteins, carbohydrates, fats, minerals, vitamins and water. Most if not all of this can be obtained by eating a vegetarian diet. An infant should not be on a vegan diet as they might develop rickets. Otherwise, as an adult a vegan diet is fine.
