Constipated x2 days, bm this morning. noticed lots of bright red blood w/bm. looked like when i have menses not having period now. do i need call dr?

Probably not: If you had constipation then had a bowe movement. The stool can stretch your rectal area and cause bleeding. This is a rectal fissure. If you have no history of colon problems , give the symptoms a day or so. Now, if you have persistent bleeding after a day or so or if bleeding would get markedly worse get checked.

Probably not immediately. Seems forcing BM through a hard constipation might have abraded (scratched) the lining of rectum to cause some bleeding. Hemorrhoids might also be the issue if Constipation is chronic challenge.
