Post coital spotting: Post coital spotting could be cause of bleeding after intercourse; bleeding could also be due to implantation of pregnancy; check pregnancy test 2 weeks after ovulation and if not pregnant then bleeding was probably related to intercourse (vaginal tear or cervical spotting). Ensure that you are up to date on your pap smear and pelvic exam from your gynecologist.
