Hi. Wish I could: help but you need to ask your cardiologist (or whomever got the Holter monitor for you. Only by analyzing the electrical tracing (Holter monitor reading) can it be determined what it is you're experiencing. Best Wishes!

Regurgitation: You have evidence on echocardiogram that your valves do not close enough and you get some back flow. A common issue. PAC's come because valve connected to heart muscle and this pulls on the muscle to cause irritation and eXtra beat.
