Ultrasound/Bloods: Abdominal pain can be caused by many different ailments. There are chances it could be a muscular strain or inflammation of cartilage. However if you have N&V as well it could be due to infection of structures nearby such as the gall bladder and liver, pancreas, and referred pain from appendix, ovaries, fallopian tubes, kidneys and ureters..
