Adhesions?: So it's not the liver and it's not the gallbladder. Could be mild obstruction, could be constipation, could be colitis, could be dyspepsia despite your PPI usage. Hard to say what it is exactly. Adhesions from surgery could be causing some of the pains. I would consider the pancreas but you would be much sicker and in more severe pain if so.
