Pearly penile papule: This is a difficult thing to remove, and is a skin condition that is not pathologic. Opening up the pustule will not heal the condition, and requires a surgeon to remove it !

Penile lesion: If you've had no sexual activity with another individual within the past few weeks, this may simply be a pustule which you can treat with warm applications and applying an antibacterial ointment like bacitracin. However if you've had any exposure see a physician or a dermatologist for evaluation and advice.
