Sounds like: pretty "classic" ACID REFLUX" and there is treatment after other causes are ruled out (at your age endoscopy is probably the fastest and safest way) Consult with your PCP (Primary Care) about a possible referral to a Board Certified Gastroenterologist) Hope this helps! Dr z
