Do i need stitches? i had epediermotic cyst on my vaginal area. it burst on friday. waiting for it to closed the cut.

No, it doesn't: Sound like it. The area of spontanous drainage needs to close by secondary intention, from the inside to the outside. Instead of closing the overlying skin, you need to keep it open, so that the infection can drain out.
