Wrist pain: If you fell get a x-ray. Could be tendinitis, carpal tunnel, De Quevains rarely could be arthritis or autoimmune manifestation. Have you tried motrin/ advil/ aleve (naproxen) if not allergic or a wrist splint or kinesiotape? Would consider those , no strenuous computer work or repetitive hand work over 2-5 days to see if eases up , but get an xray over next 1-2 days. f/u w/doc

Odd presentation : So your pain was prior to your fall and now seems to be worsening. So the issue is what happened to the wrist prior to the fall and then again after the fall. You need to see your doctor for nie you will need an X-ray to look for a fracture.
