Treat BP: The first step is to get your blood pressure treated. It is not safe to have untreated hypertension especially at a young age. Then consider a Progesterone only method such an IUD or Implant. These would be the safest choices for someone with poorly controlled hypertension. US doctors will not know what brands are available in other countries.
