Need to see a doctor: If you have a lump, you need to have yourself examined by your doctor. Without a check up, you will be imagining the worst possible cause for this' bump'. I do not expect any kind of worms that can cause a bump. It may be something ordinary but i need more history and findings on examination by a physician before i can make a guess as to what it might be.So your simple solution is a quick checkup.
