Anovulation?: Irregular periods can be a sign that you aren't ovulating. This can make much harder to get pregnant. If this just happens once, I wouldn't worry about it but if it becomes a pattern, you should see an Ob/Gyn and get some tests to find out why you are having periods more than once a month.
