upper left arm pain that feels achy, stinging, slight burning hurts to move sometimes. goes limp when i lay on it and sometimes weak. sudden pain.

This neds a work up.: What you have could be a primary shoulder problem, or a neck condition. It could even be a nerve problem related to nerves called the "brachial plexus, " and all of thos posibilites need testing.
