Anal fissure..: Probably is a fissure. Start Metamucil and use plain preparation H up inside twice daily for one week. Warm tub soaks will help. If not better in a week, see closest colon & rectal surgeon.

Get an exam: Blood in your bowel could be from an anal fissure or hemorrhoids or even cancer. To be on the safe side you need an exam in a Family Doctor's office where further studies can be arranged. Remember cancer is often curable in it's early stages. In the meantime eat a high fiber diet and try a sitz bath. And coconut oil is an excellent moisturizer which may help relieve your discomfort.
