Check your BP: You may be having postural hypotension, for several reasons: heat, fluid loss, low blood sugar, etc, losing 6 kgs in 2 months on diet and exercise is fine, but make sure you have a balanced diet to avoid low blood sugar when you need it during exercise or activity, best wishes
