Lactation failure: Breast development starts during puberty and units that produce milk start early dev. during pregnancy and very rapidly complement dev. and function of all units for producing and storing milk after delivery. If there is no change in size of the breast during these stages a problem exists and needs evaluation. Baby's requirement can be met by the functioning breast in the meantime. Take care.
