Abdominal ache: Your symptom is nonspecific. Where in the abdomen is your discomfort? Is there associated tenderness? Persistent discomfort in the Right lower abdomen may be due to appendicitis and should be evaluated by a physician who will order the appropriate tests. Unless the discomfort has resolved, you should be examined in the hospital emergency room.

Stomach pain: Any other symptom? nausea ,vomiting diarrhea?Bloating? passing stool or gas? May be gastritis with or without H pylori and may need ranitidine or prevecid/antibiotics. May be constipation. Could also be hernia or gallbladder or appendix . Therefore would go to ER now to be evaluated.
