Need evaluation: There are many types of has that can occur. You had described possible cluster ha w "thunder clap ha". It would be important to note other symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, vision changes, balance problems etc. For now you may want to try tylenol, (acetaminophen) advil, excedrin etc. But new onset ha's that are severe should be evaluated by a doctor to ensure nothing more concerning such as tumor.
