I noticed that there is an inch long white patch in the middle of a sunburn on my leg. any advice to dealing with it?

White patch: This white patch denotes loss of skin pigmentation in that area. It could be a remnant of old inflammation or a patch of vitiligo which is an autoimmune disorder which can occur in other areas of the skin in the future. A dermatologist can evaluate this patch and advise you. In the meantime just cover it with makeup if you wish.
