I have tons of bites on my feet, arms, and hands. some have little clear middles while others are wearing up. they itch like crazy. what could it be a?

Rash: Did you really know you were bit by something? Sounds like prickly heat rash, in severe form they do have small elevated rash with middle clearing. Other possibilities could be contact dermatitis like allergic reaction to some allergen.
