Diff possibilities: Mild eosinophilia can be due to many different things - can be because of allergies (seasonal, food, medication), can be due to a reaction to a medicine, can be due to a parasite infection, can also be found incidentally (which means nothing wrong). Doctor should repeat level to confirm. If you are healthy otherwise, probably not much to do.
