Mild increase: Eosinophilia is a condition in which the eosinophil count in the peripheral blood exceeds the normal level. Eosinophil is type of white blood cell that contains red granules that can be increased in number in particular conditions like- allergic reaction, asthma, parasites infestations, hay fever, drug reaction, malignancy etc. Mild eosinophilia means mild elevation of eosinophils in the blood.
