Consult doctor: The diarrhea and vomitting lasting for 7 days needs to be investigated ,specially he may be loosing water and electrolytes ,No matter child eats and active . Talk to your doctor or go to ER to get the child assessed by doctor,blood test to be done and get proper treatment
