Finger swollen: Would follow up with rheumtologist . sounds like an autoimmune process, like Raynauds or a vasculitis. May benefit from aspirin 81 mg if not allergic , also discuss with rheumatologist use of calcium channel blockers . f/u /w /doc today for rheuamtology referral
