Worry about tetanus: If you were indoors, you don't have anything to worry about. Tetanus is in the soil. If the injury occurred outdoors, then there may be a slightly higher risk. Wash the cut with soap and water. Go get your tetanus shot if you are overdue, and be sure to keep it up to date. Tetanus is very, very rare.
