Could be. Check!: If you have a mass in the front of your neck,at your age, it is likely to be an enlarged thyroid (goiter). Your symptoms suggest that as well. Do get checked very soon, so your problems do not get worse! An overactive thyroid can be very dangerous, if not fixed, so don't delay!
