Abnormal urine: Please see your medical provider to give a urine specimen to rule out infections and to see if sperm is present in the urine under the microscope. If the white substance is pus, it could be a sexually-transmitted infection called urethritis, a bladder, or prostate infection. If it is sperm, prostate congestion or retrograde ejaculation can be causes. A urology consult can help with these problems.
