Need to be examined.: While there is a little challenge with understanding clearly what you are both communicating and asking I believe you need to be examined by a physician. Generally a white liquid coming out of your penis after you urinate suggests infection. Having pain while pee'ing or after also would further suggest this. Please see a physician to be examined and do not engage in sexual activity until cleared.
